📌 Our Return & Order Policies

1. Order Cancellation / Changes

Once an order has been confirmed, it cannot be cancelled, modified, or changed under any circumstances.

2. Return Charges

If a parcel is returned to us for any reason, the customer must pay the return charge, which is equivalent to the applicable delivery charge. No disputes regarding the return charge will be accepted afterward.

3. Check Your Product Upon Delivery

Please carefully check your product while the delivery person is still present. Make sure you have received the correct items and that everything is in satisfactory condition.

Complaints regarding the product will not be accepted after the delivery person has left.

4. Product Issues at the Time of Delivery

If you notice any issue with your product, please contact our official number immediately while the delivery person is still present.
